Our service contents related to property sale to the property owners

We believe that your success of the property investment is only possible when you can sell your property at a reasonable price, therefore we have been focusing on property reselling.

Contents of Service

1. We will consult with you to discuss the sale of your property.
   1. Please provide us with a detailed description of your property (location, name, size, number of rooms, etc.).
   2. Please inform us of your asking selling price.

      As a general rule, the owners must pass to us the house's keys, access cards, etc

      Depending on the location and details of the property, there are some cases where we may not able to accept your request for resale

2. When we have agreed on the terms and conditions of resale, and agreed to sell the property, we will need you to sign our specified form.

   (Note)

   Please provide us with a photocopy of Sale and Purchase Agreement and Loan Agreement (if any).

3. We will offer advice on the selling price after carefully checking the market price of the property and market situation around the property.
4. We will find the potential buyers.

   (Note 1)

   On top of our HP, we will place advertisements on local property websites and cooperate with local affiliated property agents.

   (Note 2)

   We will propose advertising methods in order to get more potential buyers.

   (Note 3)

   We will propose furniture and fixtures refurbishment and a regular cleaning schedule in order to find more potential buyer.

5. We will attend the viewing on behalf of the owners and report to the owners about the viewing
6. We will recommend a lawyer for signing the agreement. It is essential to appointa reliable and vastly experienced lawyer to completethe sale of the property smoothly.
7. We will act as a contact point between the lawyer and the purchaser at the time of signing the agreement.
8. We will support hand over of the unit and key & Access cards etc to the Purchaser.
9. We will support the settlement of the final purchased price and expenses through a lawyer.
