Takakatsu Aidan Ishihara

Management Trainee
He grew up & lived in Penang for 20 years. He attended Japanese School followed by International Schools in Penang & Kuala Lumpur. Upon his completion of A Levels from Sunway College, he pursued a degree in Molecular Chemistry from Tokyo University of Agriculture & Technology in 2020. He then worked in Kuraray, a Japanese chemical manufacturing company before joining Cosmos Plan handling property sales & rental as a Real Estate Negotiator. He is also involved in the support of Japanese students’ enrolment in International Schools in Malaysia. Takakatsu is bilingual in Japanese and English besides speaking some Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.

Jenny Ong

Branch Manager, Kuala Lumpur
Majored in accounting at university. Lived in Osaka for eight years and worked as an insurance diplomat for Sumitomo Life Insurance for three and a half years. Returned to Malaysia and joined AIG Insurance, where she worked in insurance. Started her own long-stay support company. Joined Tropical Resort Lifestyle (Sister company of Cosmos Plan) when it opened its Kuala Lumpur branch in 2006. In 2008, she was appointed as Branch Manager in Kuala Lumpur, where she brokered properties for sale and rent for a number of expatriates and MM2H clients. She is fluent in Japanese, Korean, Chinese, English and Malay.

Satoko TAKAHASHI

Real Estate General Affairs Manager and Chairman's Secretary
Joined the company in 2014. Responsible for a wide range of in-house operations such as secretary, real estate general affairs, personnel general affairs, interior design & advisor.

Mr. Jason Koay

Born and raised in Penang with a passion for real estate business. Graduated from University of London in Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2009. Jason Koay is in charge of real estate, long stay visa and education support matters in Penang Branch. He is able to converse fluently in English and Malay Language.

Pong Li Yun

JB office branch manager
Graduated from Aomori Chuo Gakuin University, School of Regional Management. Joined Cosmos Plan in 2015 after working in the general affairs position of a non-profit organization and in the manufacturing industry. Currently in charge of real estate sales, leasing and management in Johor. Fluent in Chinese, English and Japanese.

Tengku Su Iskandar

After he graduated from Yatsushiro College of Technology in 1997(Kumamoto,Japan),he joined Sanyo Electric(Johore) work as QC Engineer for five years. He joined Cosmos Plan in 2023, currently in charge of real estate sales, rentals and admin in Johor. He speaks Malays, English and Japanese.
