About our total real estate support

Throughout our three offices in Malaysia and also in Tokyo, we provide our clients with total support for buying, renting, managing and selling properties.

Our support for defects, maintenance,and repair work

We have an in-house maintenance and repair team for Malaysian properties, and we have been able to meet the various property requirements of our clients.

Compared to properties in Japan, Malaysian properties has advantages such as spaciousness, well-equipped facilities, and low prices, but in terms of construction, it is not at the same level as in Japan and it is important to check for defects at the time of completion. If you don't check the defects carefully and repair them at the time of completion, there are some cases where repairs can be quite expensive later on.

In addition, even after moving in, defect problems and repairs often occur, so if you have a property in Malaysia as a rental investment property or as a vacation home, is also important to do regular maintenance.

For those who want to use washlet, we also can provide the washlet installation support for brands that available in Malaysia. There are various washlet brands in Malaysia such as TOTO, Panasonic, and Tokyo Sukkiri, etc. Water pressure type washlets are generally cheap and easy to maintain.

Air conditioners are used all year round in everlasting summer Malaysia, so regular service is essential. When renting a property, it is common have a clause in the contract that mentioned the air conditioner will be serviced by the tenant every six months.
