Our services related to interior renovations

For more than 10 years, we have been assisting clients who have purchased properties here with interior design, repairs, and renovations.

For rental properties, the interior design will greatly affect the vacancy period and the rental. We can introduce the interior designers who can propose interiors that tenants like without spending too much budget.

For those who are considering interior renovation for their own residence, we can also introduce the interior designers who can offer Malaysian interior design. The good thing about Malaysian interior design is that it is possible to have a variety of designs and stylish interiors, and the cost of interior design and furniture is quite inexpensive.

Service contents

1. We can introduce a few Malaysian reputable, vastly experienced and sophisticated interior designers for rental and own-stay based on the following information:
   1. Basic information such as property name, property location, size, number of rooms, etc.
   2. Layout plan of the property
   3. Purpose of interior design (for own-stay or for rental) and the budget.
2. After you select any interior designers we introduce, you can contact directly with the interior designers to negotiate about the design and quotations.
3. If you need our assistance to facilitate the communications and negotiations between you and designers on a contract basis, our support is available subject to the fees (*)
   * We will continue our assistance until the renovation works are done.
4. For your information:
   1. The designers can propose an image drawing and quotation according to clients'request, but the image drawing is just a sample, so the fee will be charged for more specific and detailed design
   2. You can request the designers to prepare the furniture, fixtures, electric appliances, etc.
   3. Once you agree to the design, quotation and work schedule etc, and the renovation will start
   4. In case you appoint us to facilitate communications and negotiations between you and designers on a contract basis, we will attend the final check on the renovation works together with you after it completes or will check on behalf of the clients if the clients are not in Malaysia.
