Service Contents

1. Introduction of Malaysian Properties (Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor)
   We can handle all types of newly developing properties and second hand properties.
   We can suggest the best property to meet your needs.
2. We can accommodate inquiries from individuals (single/joint account) or companies.

   (Note)

   For foreign companies, you may need to establish a local company depending on the location of the property.
   We also can assist you to set up and run a company in Malaysia subject to additional support fees.

3. We welcome individual consultation with our staff
4. On-site Property inspection
   English speaking staff will show you around.
5. Support for property purchase, from application, signing Sale and Purchase Agreement until property handover.
6. We will explain the details of the agreement and the contractual precautions.
7. Support for the payment of the booking fee, progress billing, the deposit and other related bills
8. We help to introduce a reliable lawyer.
9. We support negotiations with vendors for purchasers
10. We support doing all the necessary follow-up with the lawyer.
11. We provide support for the applications to the loan banks and the execution of the loan agreement.

    There is an additional fee for bank loan application and loan agreement procedures, please refer to the fee structure below.

12. We support progressive payments until the property handover has been completed successfully.
13. We provide support at the time of the property handover of the property.
14. We provide support for property defect inspection of the property at the time of the property handover.

    If you would like to use a professional service for defect inspection, there is an additional charge to be charged separately.
