Overview

Malaysia’s land area is about 330,000 square kilometers, and it consists of 13 states with diverse regional characteristics. The territory is divided into the Malay Peninsula (West Malaysia) and the northern part of Borneo Island (East Malaysia).

Malaysia as of 2022, the estimated population is about 33 million, 67% were Malays who originally lived in Malaysia, 25% are Chinese, Indian population 7% and other is about 1%.
