Since 2008, we have facilitated approximately 350 Malaysian property investments over a period of 7 years. Based on our wealth of experience, we offer the following advice.

• It’s not applicable to Japanese common sense. (Social structure and stage of economic development are different)
• Embrace the Malaysian way of doing business, laws, and regulations.
• Make a decision as soon as possible by focusing on the important points. (Over-analyzing is meaningless).
• Invest for the long-term is fundamental. Think about increasing your assets in Malaysia.
